Danya is negotiating the construction of AFI palace Ploiesti. 

Danya has recently attended and won four number 1 awards in the top firms in Romania for 2010. Danya is excited that another landmark in Romania has been placed since its establishment in 2007

Danya has started constructing 2 villas, v3 type in the “Corbeanca Park” project, construction is supposed to finish within 90 days.

On the date of May 13th Danya Cebus signed an agreement to perform “AFI OFFICES” project in Cotroceni. Construction shall be carried out within approximately 12 months.

Danya Cebus is finalizing negotiations regarding the construction of the AFI Business Park. Construction is set to start during the month of June and finish within 12 months following the construction. The building will be the first office building out of possible five office buildings that can be erected next to the “AFI Palace” mall.

Opening of “AFI Mall” Moscow. On the 22nd of May, AFI Development is set to have the grand opening of the “Afi Mall” in Moscow. Danya Cebus Rus performed all finishing works in order for mall to open on time.

Danya Cebus Rom submitted its quarterly report for Q1 2011 and reported a profit of approximately 900,000 Euros.

 

Danya Cebus signed an addendum with GTC to perform additional works in the “Galleria Arad” project, mainly the construction of cinema halls.
