Danya Cebus Rom, part of Israel Africa Israel Investments, will perform the civil works and infrastructure for the first phase of the U.S. military base at Deveselu. The company has won with the American company Kellogg Brown & Root Services a contract total of about 134.2 million dollars (103 million euros)
